Fruits and Vegetable Washer Machine

The Fruits and vegetables to be washed are fed to a large Stainless Steel tank, where they are soaked in water & subjected to thorough agitation by means of a powerful blower, to loosen dirt, dust & such other foreign particles.

The product is pushed by a water jet, then picked up by a stainless steel conveyor/ polyvinylchloride perforated slat conveyor, & subjected to powerful sprays of fresh water for further thorough cleaning.

Depending upon the vegetables to be washed, the process conditions & throughput required, vegetable washers of different models, designs & materials of construction can be supplied as per specific requirements.

 Capacity: 100 kg per hour to 5000 kg per hour can be provided in the fruit and vegetable washer as per customer requirement.
